Upload troubleshooting
The app is not live yet. Uploading is not built. The steps below are general. planned
If a file will not upload
- Check that the file opens on your own device.
- Check that it is not password protected.
- Try a smaller part of the set, such as one volume.
- Check your internet connection, then try again.
- Write down which file failed.
If it still fails, send us the file name through Contacting support. Do not send the file itself if it holds CUI, ITAR technical data or TSA SSI.
How the product is designed to report it
When a file cannot be read, the product is designed to name the file and give the reason. It then carries on with the rest. planned
A page with no text is listed as not searched. See What "not searched" means.
Example project (fictional): one drawing file will not open. The list names that file and the reason. The project manual is still read.
