What's included
The app is not live yet. This is what the product is designed to do. Pieces that are not built yet are marked planned.
- An index of your files. Specifications are grouped by division. Drawings are grouped by discipline. planned
- Search across the files in a project, with a coverage line on each result list that says how much was searched and what was not. planned
- An Index Report with counts, naming the pages with no text and the sheets listed in the sheet index but not found. planned
- Picking sections and sheets, then exporting them as one PDF with a bookmark for each. planned
What it does not do
- No markup tools and no takeoff tools. That is not what this is for.
- It does not interpret specs. It points to the page and does not tell you what a requirement means. You read the page and make the call.
- It does not search pages with no text layer. It lists them as not searched. planned
- OCR for ordinary scanned pages is planned and is not available yet. Large scanned drawings are never run through OCR.
Questions about billing
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first project is free and needs no card. A card is needed when you start a second project.
How am I billed?
The monthly plan is charged once a month. The yearly plan is charged once a year. Both prices are shown above.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancelling stops future charges.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on request. A refund is prorated. The terms are still a draft; see the terms page.
What does it cost to open a project again?
Nothing. Re-opening a processed project is always free.
Is there a limit on bid sets?
No. Bid sets are unlimited on both plans.
